Coral Gables Tile Rejuvenation

This was one of our favorite projects. This 5 bedroom, 5 bath Coral Gables home was restored and updated back on 2017. The home originally had Terrazzo floors that the new owner covered with marble looking tile. After a few years the the homeowner was not happy with the color of the grout. After years of the white grout was dark and looked black, or dark grey at best.

We were called to clean the grout. DPC Perfect Cleaning started cleaning and the home owner could not believe how different the tile look as well. With time you don’t realix=ze how much dirt and discoloration occurs. Using our 30¢ per square foot special this home’s floor looked like the day they went in.
